Radio engineering courses to be held in AzTEST


A training centre has been created at the AzTEST Experimental and Testing Center of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan in order to train specialists in the sphere of standardization and metrology.

This information was provided to ICTnews by the Press Service of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents. According to the committee, the new centre will organize training courses on around 30 topics including theory of radio technical hazards, calibration of  measuring devices for measuring pressure, temperature, electricity, physical, chemical and mechanical effects, consumption, quantity, volume and capacity, application of  ISO 9001:2008 “Efficient control system” standards, ISO 14001: 2005 “Environment Control System”, OHSAS 18001:2006 “Labor Protection Control System”, ISO/IEK 17025 standards,  ISO 19011 “ Guiding instructions for control systems”, preparation of technical regulations for manufactured products, preparation, alteration and abolishment of standards,  application of HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) system and etc.   Participants of training courses will be awarded with special certificates. 

The training centre aims at raising quality of goods and services produced in Azerbaijan, stimulating export of goods and services produced in the private sector, widening range of exported products,  insuring safety of goods and services produced for local consumers and stimulating development of entrepreneurship.   The citizens, who want to attend the training courses should apply to  the Quality Control Division of  the AzTEST Experimental and Testing Center of the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents.
