MCHT’s Board of Appeal holds its first meeting

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 3 February 2016 “On establishment of Boards of Appeal in central and local executive bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the Board of Appeal established in the  Ministry of Communications and High Technologies (MCHT) has held its first meeting.
 
It was noted that the main goal of the Board of Appeal, which will operate on a public basis, is to ensure transparency and objectivity in consideration of  complaints form  individuals and legal entities engaged in business activity.
 
Relevant instructions and recommendations were given at the meeting   to hold  a comprehensive, full and objective inquiry into the complaints  received, as well as to implement  organizational measures in this regard.
