Aztelecom expands its telecommunications network in Gazakh region


Aztelecom LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies continues the work to meet the growing demand of subscribers for telecommunications services in a special strengthened regime during the quarantine period.
 
For this purpose, planned work has been carried out in Gazakh region to expand the network and increase the existing capacity, and the process is going on.
 
As a result, a sustainable telecommunications infrastructure is being formed in the region, and the use of the internet is expanding.
 
As part of maintenance and repair activities, distribution cabinets and wells were repaired in the city services. Obsolete cables were replaced with new ones on the streets of the city (Baku, Azadlig, M.Huseyn, M.A. Rasulzade ), in Narimanov settlement of the region and in the villages of Aghkoynak, Chayly, Yukhary Salahly, 2nd Shikhli, Garapapag, Farahli, Kosalar, Kemerli, Janaly, thus the quality of the services provided has improved.
 
Electronic automatic telephone exchanges were put into operation in the villages of Khanlyglar and Janaly, and a linear economy was built to connect additional subscribers.
 
In order to meet the demand of the population for the internet due to the pandemic, DSLAM equipment was installed in the rural electronic automatic telephone exchanges in Yukhary Salahly, Gaymagly, Kemerli, Janaly, Kosalar, Chayly, Dash Salahly and the existing capacity was increased.
 
Taking into account the requests of the population in the new residential area “Təzə məhəllə” in Gazakh region, the capacity of the communication network has been significantly expanded.
 
With a view to providing citizens with high quality multimedia services, a new electronic automatic telephone station (ATS) with a capacity of 1024 numbers has been installed.
 
It should be noted that it is planned to expand the network capacity of existing electronic ATS in order to provide the population with high-speed, broadband services in other regions.
