‘Aztelekom’ Production Association will soon put into operation new EATSs in the various regions of Azerbaijan Republic. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by Technical Director of ‘Aztelekom’ PU, Zahir Valiyev.
Mr. Valiyev told that an Activity Plan is being prepared now, according to which new DS200 type EATSs, produced by “KAREL” company, will be launched at district No: 32 in Yevlakh region with the numbering capacity of 560 numbers, at Gapanli village in Tartar region with the numbering capacity of 128 numbers, at Garabaldir village in Oguz region with the numbering capacity of 64 numbers, at Oyakaran village in Astara region with the numbering capacity of 256 numbers and at Mirzahuseynli village in Goychay region with the numbering capacity of 128 numbers. Let’s note that that these EATSs will be connected to the central ATS with optic cable in order to provide subscribers with telephone and intent services.
