Nar Mobile subscribers will receive compensation with the accident at its network

Nar Mobile has completely sorted out technical problems caused by the accident at its network, company reported.
The company expresses its deep gratitude to its subscribers for understanding the situation despite all difficulties and challenges they faced.

Nar Mobile staff had worked at the accident area all night long, in order to remove the consequences of the accident. As a result of the joint activity, the technical problems had been totally eliminated and full sustainable mobile communication services had been restored.

"As a provider of a good quality service to its subscriber, Nar Mobile, has faced technical problems caused by the unexpected accident in its network. As a result of the accident, the falls and inconveniences in the connection had taken place. The Company initiated restoration works immediately after accident and informed its subscribers via mass media.

Speaking on the accident, first of all, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the subscribers of Nar Mobile for demonstration of their loyalty and tolerance at such a difficult moment and despite the problems they faced. Expressing once again our gratefulness to the subscribers and appreciating their support, I want to stress that Nar Mobile has prepared interesting offers for them" - said Jurgen Peetz, Azerfon CEO.

In connection with the above-mentioned inconveniences, Nar Mobile is granting to its subscribers their last 30 days average daily amount of all-net national calls as free minutes bonus. This credit can be used by subscribers during a week.

Known under Nar Mobile brand Azerfon Company has started its activities in 2007. Currently, Azerfon network covers 80% of Azerbaijan and extends 3G technology based services.
