A rapid increase has been observed in the volume of sales of the computers sold within the framework of the “People’s Computer” project. According to the latest statistical figures, so far 18,435 computers have been sold within the project in Azerbaijan.
This information was provided on the project’s official web-page. Let’s note that the “People’s Computer” project was initiated by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and is being jointly implemented by the “Microsoft” and “HP” companies.
The "BestComp Group A” company a local partner of “HP” is responsible for the delivery of computers to customers. Under the project, teachers, students, pupils, civil servants and medical workers can obtain computers at discounted prices.
