Following the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Additional Measures to Strengthen Social Protection of Azerbaijani Media Workers” dated July 22, 2013, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has started work on providing telecommunication services to the apartment house built for mass media representatives.
255 flats of the building will be provided with broadband multimedia services by Baku Telephone Communications LLC. The services will be provided to the apartment house free of charge with the use of new generation optical network equipment - GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network).
In addition, a number resource will be allocated free of charge for each flat of the building.
The design works have already been completed. Telephone and optical internet lines will soon be laid to the building.
Residents of the building will be able to avail themselves of high quality telephone, internet and digital television services that are provided within the “Three with us” project in a single package and at favorable tariffs by Baku Telephone Communications LLC.
