The experts at Naked Security, dealing with cyber security, discovered a new way of cheating on Instagram. The announcement was published on the website of the company.
According to experts, users on mail I get an email stating that their account is on Instagram will be locked in 24 hours because of violation of intellectual property rights. Experts drew attention to the fact that it is composed with many grammatical errors.
In the letter there is a button with an active link called Copyright Objection Form (“Contestation of violations of intellectual property law”), which asks users to click to avoid blocking the account. Pressing the button jumps to the link to the fake web page on Instagram, e-mail address which ends with “.cf” not “.com”.
On the page the user is prompted to enter a date of birth, email address and password from Instagram. Once the user enters the data, he is redirected to your profile page on Instagram.
Experts advise users to carefully read them coming e-mail letters and use two-factor authentication, which complicates access to the account even in the case of theft of the password from him.
In September it became known that the hackers forced the family from the United States to suffer from the heat, and listen to lewd songs. It happened after criminals gained access to the control system of the smart home.
