Ministry of Labor and Social Protection switches to Electronic Document Circulation System
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has switched to the Electronic Document Circulation System. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by head of the Public Relations Department of The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Asaf Aliyev.
According to him, the Ministry is already using the Electronic Document Circulation System to apply visas to inside documents. ‘After introduction of this system the process of circulation of documents within the Ministry has accelerated significantly. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has already started procuring e-signatures. So, digital signatures will soon be used in the Ministry instead of handwritten signatures.
E-signatures will be initially provided to heads of departments and all other persons who apply their signatures to documents. The Ministry has already applied to the relevant structures for e-signatures’, A. Aliyev added.
