Electronic signatures to be introduced in sphere of insurance
“The Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance has prepared legal bases for introduction of electronic signatures”, the Minister of Finance Samir Sharifof said. According to him, relevant draft documents will be prepared and submitted to the state bodies. Appropriate draft law will be presented to the parliament this year. The Minister noted that electronic signatures will allow insurance companies to sign contracts for shorter periods of time.
