"The work is part of the Electronic Government project. The online-payment system is expected to be launched this week. Electronic payments will be available on the webpages of state institutions, on the Electronic government portal (ehdis.az) and on hesab.az. People will be able to pay duties, fines, licensing fees, etc. online. This is an effective tool to combat corruption."
