Regulations on State Fund for IT Development approved
President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on approval of Regulations on State Fund for Information Technologies Development under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.
The decree also approves the Rules on usage of funds of the State Fund for IT Development under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to determine number of employees of the Fund and take necessary measures regarding material support of the Fund during a month, prepare draft proposals on conformation of Azerbaijani President’s acts with the order and submit them to the President during three months, provide conformation of the Cabinet’s normative legal acts with the order and inform Azerbaijani President about it during three months, keep the conformation of normative legal acts of the central executive authorities with the order under the control and inform Azerbaijani President about its fulfillment during 5 months, resolve other issues arising from the decree.
The Ministry of Justice was tasked to provide the conformation of normative legal and normative acts of central executive authorities and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies was tasked to take necessary important measures for organization Fund’s activity.
