Crowd-funded backpack includes battery charger, hidden pockets and a bottle opener
Lifepack is a backpack that does much more than just carry stuff. It includes a Solarbank USB Charger that can charge an Apple iPhone 6 up to 12 times. A built-in lock prevents the bad guys from stealing your pack, and when you want to chill out and listen to some tunes, the Solarbank Charger powers Bluetooth speakers that can be removed from the backpack.
The Lifepack comes with four hidden compartments that allow you to hide your smartphone, credit cards and passport. One hidden compartment includes a USB port. And if you're the type who is always dropping things, don't worry about the sensitive technology you store in your Lifepack. Using air cells, all of your delicate items inside the backpack are protected from drops. Even the elements won't be able to ruin your belongings as the Lifepack is weather resistant.

With $686,646 raised, the project is overfunded. That is good news to those who pre-ordered a Lifepack for $169, $80 off the $249 retail price. Shipping is supposed to take place in October.
