Another service of the State Customs Committee have been integrated into the E-government portal
Another service of the State Customs Committee have been digitalized and integrated into the E-government portal as part of the implementation of the Cabinet of Ministers’ decision on approving the "Guidelines for provision of e-services in specific areas by central executive bodies" and "List of e- services" dated November 24, 2011.
By using this service called "Goods registered at customs and border checkpoints", physical and legal persons can obtain information on goods that have been sent to them from abroad and have been accepted by customs and border checkpoints.
To use this service, physical or legal persons should enter the E-government portal, select this service from the list of e-services of the State Customs Committee and register themselves with the use of "E-seal" certificate or "ASAN" signature.
Upon completion of the registration process, a window will appear on the screen. The user should enter the TIN into the window. Then the list of the goods and the following information about the goods will appear on the screen:
- The bar code of the product (code issued during the registration of goods at customs and border checkpoints), which is required for the completion of electronic customs declaration;
- The number and address of the customs authority to which the goods are assigned;
- Confirmation of the arrival of the goods to the customs authority;
- Information about the product, including the name of product, name of sender, value of product, weight of product, invoice.
After completion of the customs clearance of goods, the inscription "Sender doesn’t have goods crossing the border or getting through customs clearance" will appear on the screen.
Note that the inquiry will be accepted only after the user correctly enters the relevant information into the system.
If the information has not been entered correctly, the inquiry will not be accepted.
