Citizens used e-services 1,851,309 times in May
Today, measures are being implemented in Azerbaijan on a consistent basis to improve the quality of electronic services and to expand the scope of their application. As a result of these measures, most people now prefer to use electronic services, especially since these services cover almost every aspect of social and economic life.
And the fact that all these services are concentrated in a single centre – the E-government portal - makes the process even more convenient. It should also be noted that the number of e-services provided on the portal is growing steadily.
Currently, citizens have the opportunity to use electronic services provided in 42 different areas. The counter operating on the portal in real time shows the number of uses of electronic services. It also provides statistics on most frequently used services.
Thus, according to statistical data, during May 2016, citizens used 311 electronic services 1,851,309 times. These e-services covered 42 different areas of social and economic life.
