Which e-service is used most often on the E-government portal?


So far electronic certificates have been used 782,082 times via the E-government portal. Note that the portal provides 13 different types of electronic certificates to its users.
 
"Work Reference Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population is the most commonly used electronic certificate. It has been used 365,954 times.   The certificate holds information about the employer, including his contact number, the date of signing of the labour contract, the employee’s personal data, etc.    
 
"Personal Data on Citizen" is another most frequently used electronic certificate. The certificate is used for getting loans and presenting various types of personal data. It has been used 204,197 times. 
       
 "Permanent Residence Certificate" is the next in the list of most commonly used electronic certificates. It has been used 47,029 times.
    
It is followed by "Diploma Certificate" (37,851 times) and "Identity Card Data Certificate"  (37,052 times).   
 
Note that any citizen who has passed authentification on the E-government portal can send electronically the required electronic certificate to the relevant organisation. Electronic certificates can also be printed out and submitted in hand or by post.
   
Organisations receiving certificates can verify their authenticity and the accuracy of the information they hold by checking barcodes on them.
