Number of mobile subscribers to reach 9.719.7 million in Azerbaijan
The number of mobile subscribers in Azerbaijan will be 9.719.7 million by late 2011, the draft budget for 2012 and the following three years reads.
The document was submitted to the Azerbaijani parliament for consideration. Based on the forecast, the subscriber base of Azerbaijan's mobile operators will regularly increase by late 2015.
In 2012 this figure will be 10.905.9 million subscribers, in 2013 - 11.504.8 million, in 2014 - 12.115.4 million and in 2015 - 12.890.5 million.
The number of fixed telephone in Azerbaijan will be 1.500.1 million units. This figure will increase until the end of 2015. In 2012, this figure will be 1.565.3 million units, in 2013 - 1.636.8 million, in 2014 - 1.719.1 million and in 2015 - 1.810.5 million units.
The number of fixed telephone in Azerbaijan falling for every 100 people will reach 16.8 units in 2011, this figure will be 17.4 units in 2012, 18.3 units in 2013, 19.6 units in 2014 and in 2015 - 20.3 units.
