Chess competition held within “Saghlamlig 2018” Republican Spartakiada
The "Saghlamlig (Health) 2018" Republican Spartakiada is underway.
A chess competition was held as part of the Spartakiada, which has been organized by the Republican Independent Trade Union Committee of Communications Workers and the Spartak Volunteer Physical Training and Sports Society Public Union with the support of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
Employees of apparatus and divisions of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies participated in the chess competition.
Based on the results of competition, teams representing Baku Telephone Communications LLC, Aztelekom LLC and the Apparatus of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies took the 1st, 2nd and the 3rd places in the team event, respectively.
Employee of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies Anar Rasulov took the 1st place, employee of Azerpost Vugar Alimardanov took the 2nd place and employee of Aztelekom LLC Elchin Zeynalov took the 3rd place in the individual men’s event.
Employee of Baku Telephone Communications LLC Lala Kerimova took the 1st place, employee of Data Processing Centre Esmira Amrahova took the 2nd place and employee of the State Road Transport Service Mehriban Nabiyeva took the 3rd place in the individual women’s event.
Note that a volleyball competition is being currently held within the "Saghlamlig (Health) 2018" Republican Spartakiada.
