Kibrit.tech LLC holds conference on ‘Organization of Modern Call Centers’ Work’


A conference on the topic of "Organization of Modern Call Centers’ Work" was held today in Baku by the IT-Systems Integrator company "Kibrit.tech" LLC.  
 
The event was organized with the support of the Innovation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.   
 
The purpose of the conference was to ensure the exchange of experience in organization of call centers’ work.   
 
The event was attended by representatives of various government agencies and private companies.
 
Customer service specialists from the Call Centre of the Ministry of Taxes, Digital Services Company LLC, AVAND Technology LLC, and Tandem LLC spoke at the conference.
 
They spoke about the positive role of call centers and emphasized the importance of proper and professional organization of their work.
 
The speakers also informed the gathering about the innovations implemented in this area.
 
Towards the end of the event, OrangeLine Call Center Management System, which is an important tool for the proper organization of call centers’ work, was demonstrated.
 
The conference participants were able to watch the process of online acceptance, registration and processing of incoming appeals and inquiries.
