New TV channel presented in Azerbaijan
Presentation of the international TV channel of the Turkic speaking countries – Association of Turkic Music (ATM) took place in Azerbaijan`s capital.
The event was attended by renowned men of arts of Azerbaijan, media representatives, reports.
In his opening remarks, the art director of ATM Ilgar Guliyev informed that the purpose of creation of new TV channel is assistance to formation in the Turkic speaking countries of the national-cultural information environment.
According to Guliyev, AТМ will play the role of unique platform for propagation of the countries and cultures not only on regional, but also at global level. This TV channel will create ample opportunities for demonstration of the features of national cultures of the Turkic speaking countries and on formation of their image in the world, he stressed.
The attendees spoke about the importance of creation of a similar TV channel, and also about the projects being conducted in sphere of propagation of the common culture and art of the Turkic speaking countries.
