Taking into account the significant role ICT plays in the fields of state administration, ‘e-government’ and ‘information community’, the State Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan seeks to employ the citizens, who have basic computer and internet skills in state organizations.
Therefore, 15 questions included in the State Employment examination by the commission apply to the IT sphere.

According to the press-service, the chairman of the commission said that the State Civil Service Commission organizes trainings, seminars and conferences for civil servants in the countries that take the leading places in the ‘e-Government’ sphere in order to raise ICT related capabilities and skills of civil servants.
