Ministry of Health renders consultative assistance on acceptance of documents through Internet

Every Wednesday citizens of Azerbaijan come to the Ministry of Health to receive consultative assistance on electronic acceptance of documents through the Internet. This information was provided to ICTnews by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to this information, based on the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan’s decree No: 429 on "Some measures to be implemented in the field of rendering electronic services by state agencies" of May 23, 2011, the ministry has launched an electronic acceptance of applications and documents from citizens, who want to obtain a special permission (license) for conducting medical and pharmaceutical activities.

Let’s note that the Ministry of Health is currently rendering a number of e-services in this regard: "Acquiring information from citizen’s health cards", "Acquiring information about the sick persons who receive medications  from the State, including information about medications they receive and information about prophylactic centers where the sick persons were registered", "Acquiring information about medical inspection of the citizens who belong to the ‘Obligate Group’",  "Providing company managers with information on their employees belonging to the ‘Obligate Group’", "Electronic directory on medical facilities", "E-application for obtaining a special permission (license) for conducting medical or  pharmaceutical activities".

Besides that, a list of electronic services rendered by the Ministry of Health also includes such e-services as "E-application for taking part in a competition in order to get a job at a medical institution of the Ministry of Health",  "Acquiring  information about medicines", "Presenting information on  immunoprophlaxis", "E-registration for reception at outpatient department".
