Of Loki, penetrating into the processes of different applications, including system. The new malicious program, which received the name of Android. Loki. 16. origin, infects library Android operating system.
Android. Loki. 16. origin is downloaded to smartphones and tablets, and is triggered by other viruses. Trojan work is carried out in several stages.
First, the virus connects to the management server and downloads it to the malicious component of Android. Loki. 28, as well as several exploits to get root-access.
After that, Android. Loki. 16. origin recorded a number of components in the system catalogs and implements one of the system libraries dependent on a Trojan module. This allows malicious components run every time the operating system uses the appropriate library.
To restore the normal operation of the device requires a firmware upgrade. Since all personal files will be deleted before the firmware is recommended to back up important data and possibly to see a specialist, the company said, "Doctor Web".
