The e-service ‘Submission of an application for the repair of a broken down water supply and sewage disposal system’ has been integrated into the E-government portal

The electronic service "Submission of an application for the repair of a broken down water supply and sewage disposal system" of the company Azersu OJSC has been integrated into the E-government portal (www.e-gov.az).       
 
To use this service, the citizen must access the "All services" section of the E-government portal and choose the e-service "Submission of an application for the repair of a broken down water supply and sewage disposal system" from the list of Azersu OJSC’s electronic services. The e-service can also be found via the "Search" box on the portal.
    
Then, the citizen should enter the subscriber code to the appropriate field and click on the "Continue" button.
    
A window will appear on the screen. The citizen will have to fill in the corresponding fields in this window to confirm the application.


    















If all the fields in the electronic application form have been filled correctly, a confirmation window with the following inscription will appear on the screen: "The application has been registered. Thank you for using our service".
      
Within 3 working days after the registration of the application, the employees of the Water Channel Department will take all necessary measures to satisfy the citizen’s request.


    













Note that after the integration of the electronic service "Submission of an application for the repair of a broken down water supply and sewage disposal system" into the E-government portal, the number of electronic services on the portal reached 449.
   
It should also be noted that citizens will need to use authentication tools such as electronic signature certificate, ASAN signature, e-gov identity and username/password to  access the e-service on the E-government portal.   

Attention! Citizens can obtain e-signature and username/password to access the E-government portal by submitting an online application via the website www.e-imza.az. They can also obtain e-signature at "Sabaka" service center or Electronic signature registration point (Dilara Aliyeva str. 185).
