The software for the single information register, which was created to check activities carried out in the sphere of entrepreneurship, is being updated now. As part of the updating activity, two separate sections titled ‘Subjects of Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Checking Bodies’ respectively will be created on the single information register located on www.yoxlama.gov.az web-site. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by the Ministry of Justice.
The Ministry of Justice has created a registration information system providing the formation, maintenance and use of the registry and protection of the data stored in it. According to the Azerbaijani President's decree dated April 13 and February 15, 2011, the Ministry of Justice was charged to conduct a unified information registry. It makes it possible to collect information on the continuity of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship to bring the checks in line with modern standards and to ensure transparency.
A single portal was set up at www.yoxlama.gov.az for users of the system to this end. In order to form a unified database for the registry and on the basis of mutual integration with the relevant information system of the Taxes Ministry, the acquisition and permanent updating of data that is prescribed by the legislation on all legal and natural persons registered with tax authorities as entrepreneurs was organize
