The Azerbaijani Communications and IT Ministry gave appropriate instructions to all three mobile operators in the country to prepare for Eurovision-2012 Song Contest in Baku, the ministry said on Tuesday.
According to the ministry, operators were instructed to organize sending short messages to phone numbers of roamers.
The messages must contain the information about Internet resource of the contest, as well as contact information and other required information about the embassies of countries whose citizens will be in Baku during the contest.
