Number of applications made by pensioners to the State Social Protection Fund’s modern type telephone information service of ‘190’ number. Thus, in January – February of this year the information service received 10,713 applications from citizens. 53,4 % of these applications were answered directly by advising operators in live mode.
46,6 % of applications were made on nonworking days and were automatically answered by electronic operator. This information was provided to ‘ICTnews’ by head of Public Relation sector of the State Social Protection Fund, Elman Babayev.
According to him, most of applications (59,2%) were about pension issues. 16,4 % of applications were made to clarify issues related to the State Social Insurance. 24,4 % of applications were about organization of private registration and other issues.
