Considering the positive results of the previous internship programs, Azerfon continues to provide care and attention to talented students and graduates.
The main objectives of 2012 project, held under the motto "Join us and become a part of our successful future!", are involvement of the talented students in a Summer Internship Program, application of the theoretical knowledge in practice by students, creation of opportunities for more in-depth research in their specialty, and the job offer to the most successful students after completion of the 3-month program.
The students of Baku State University, Azerbaijan Technical University, Caucasus University, the Baku branch of Moscow State University and Odlar Yurdu University took part in the program, which had been launched on July 3, 2012.
During the selection process the applications of 220 students were considered. 40 students, passing to the next stage, took the tests and only 17 were invited for an interview. Four students have successfully passed all stages of selection and got a chance to participate in Azerfon Summer Internship Program.
Thus, Parvin Aliyeva and Zohra Gasimova, the students of Baku State University as well as Ramin Mammadov and Elmir Babakishiev, the students of the Azerbaijan Technical University, got an internship at the departments of Information Technology and Network Operations respectively.
