AzInTelecom LLC under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies launches the Azcloud ScaleUp program that directly supports startup projects through partners. The goal is to create new ideas and promote innovative entrepreneurship by contributing to the development of a favorable digital ecosystem in the country.
Within the framework of the program, AzInTelecom LLC, as an organizer, plans to implement large-scale events, including cloud services up to 5,000 AZN, the necessary infrastructure for the development of startups, promotion through AZCLOUD channels, organization of participation in business events and exhibitions, business and technology-oriented trainings by experts.
Azcloud ScaleUp, which aims to help potential startups in Azerbaijan to reliably and sustainably develop their business and establish relationships with the business community and customers, will mainly support projects in seven priority areas – agriculture, education, medicine, smart country, environment, games and online commerce.
Along with startups, organizations and companies wishing to become partners will also be able to join the Azcloud ScaleUP program. To support startups in ecosystem programs and digital transformation projects, memorandums of understanding will be signed between AzInTelecom LLC and incubation, acceleration centers, venture funds and other relevant organizations.
It is to be recalled that AzInTelecom LLC, which plays an important role in ongoing successive reforms aimed to transform Azerbaijan into a digital center in the region, provides cloud services AZCLOUD, AZCLOUD Enterprise and Government solutions based on the first availability zone in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus region, which has TIER III, ISO 20000, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 certificates.
